Editing the more complex shot

To edit the shot, I needed to make a green screen with black banners either side. This is for the footage would sit in the middle but the black will remain at the edges. I wanted this effect to make it look like this part was shot on a phone so it looked like the character was filming himself in the trapped situation he is in.

I imported the green screen background that I made and edited my footage to the length that I wanted and pieced them together.









Finally, I added white text over it with hashtags to make it look like it was uploaded to a social media like Snapchat. The hashtags are a stereotypical thing that teenagers do and so it the use of social media which is why I want to include it.
